Definitions Used in These Terms and Conditions

"the Club" shall refer to the Kincardine Table Tennis Club

"the Site" or "this Site" shall refer to the Kincardine Table Tennis Club Website, namely the website hosted under domain name:  kinttc.ca

"Administrators" shall refer to any person involved in administering the affairs of the Club, developing or managing content for the Site, or acting in an authorized capacity within the Club such as, but not limited to, Club Manager, Coach, Club Administrator, Webmaster, Editor, etc.

"Users" or "User" shall refer to any registered user of this site or unregistered user of this site who may have posted comments or submitted content to the Site

"Viewers" shall refer to any public user who may view the Site

"Us" shall refer to the Club and its Administrators

"Site Content" shall refer to material visible on the Site which was not created by you

"Your Content" shall refer to material you choose to make available to the Site or to post on the Site

"Personal Sensitive Information" shall refer to material or information which a User has made available to Us so that we may provide a Service and wherein such information has been designated as Personal Sensitive Information by the User or obtained and identified by Us as Personal Sensitive Information. For illustrative purposes, information such as any payment information, age, civic address, physical or medical conditions shared with Us would be treated as Personal Sensitive Information.   Information such as equipment type, game records, posts or articles published by the User, or media (photos, videos) allowed for publication by the User shall not be considered Personal Sensitive Information.

"Service" shall refer to the services provided by the Club such as having arranged one or more venues for playing a sport, holding meetings or information sessions related to the Club's business, publishing information for the use of Users or Viewers in relation to the Club's business.

Terms and Conditions of Use of The Site

• Your interactions with Users, Administrators, and any of Your Content, shall remain cordial and respectful at all times.
• Any content you submit to the site shall be suitable for a site of this nature and shall remain free of content or references to material which might be offensive to  Users or Viewers.  For clarity, this shall include avoidance of discriminatory, racist, sexist, taunting or deprecating language or references of any type.
• To avoid having to reference lengthy definitions around suitability of content, the determination of what constitutes cordial, respectful or offensive material shall be at the sole discretion of the Site Administrators.
• You shall not use the site for the promotion of services or materials without the express prior written consent of the Administrators.
• You shall not take any action on the Site which may impede or affect the functionality of the Site or the content intended by the Administrators.
• Site Content remains the intellectual property of the Club.
• You grant royalty free usage rights to the Club to use Your Content in a manner consistent with the Club's general purpose and intent and consistent with the Club's Privacy Policy.
• Unless expressly authorized to do so by the Club, you shall not claim to represent the Club or any of its Administrators on this Site in any capacity, publication, or event.
• The Club and its Administrators take your privacy and the protection of any Personal Sensitive Information you share with us seriously.  We will not knowingly share any of your Personal Sensitive Information or knowingly allow any Personal Sensitive Information you provide to us to be accessed by other Users or third parties, except where required by law.  Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.  

These Terms and Conditions are intended to maintain the Site and its Content such that it may provide a pleasurable and beneficial user experience to Viewers and Users. 

Failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions will result in cancellation of your User Account and any usage rights to the Site.
