The Kincardine Table Tennis Club and its Administrators take your privacy and the protection of any Personal Sensitive Information you share with us seriously.  We will not knowingly share any of your Personal Sensitive Information or knowingly allow any Personal Sensitive Information you provide to us to be accessed by other users or third parties, except where required by law.

"Personal Sensitive Information" shall refer to material or information which a user has made available to us so that we may provide a service and wherein such information has been designated as Personal Sensitive Information by the user or obtained and identified by us as Personal Sensitive Information. For illustrative purposes, information such as any payment information, age, civic address, physical or medical conditions shared with us would be treated as Personal Sensitive Information.   Information such as equipment type, game records, posts or articles published by the user, or media (photos, videos) allowed for publication by the user shall not be considered Personal Sensitive Information.
